Saqly is committed to providing timely and high-quality service. Late cancellations or no-shows affect service availability for others.
Full Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Payments can be made only through the available payment methods. We do not hold training slots without payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
Cancellation Request
Cancellations can be requested via email at help@saqly.com only. Requests must be submitted within three days of purchase. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Refunds cannot be processed through any other payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
